Meet the Artist
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder...
I breathe in the universe and explore its essence of visual beauty. As an artist my work is the lens to my mind’s eye into metaphysical world and realities other than ours. I use portraits to show identity and emotions that we sometimes can’t speak. I believe that the other side of reality is what makes us as humans unique. I mostly paint characters that don’t exist, but portray something that does.
I explore and challenge myself in what I can do. From portraits, to landscapes and abstracts, my work shows the many part of what art is and can be. Art is a being. It is part of my soul.

Biography
(Ja)(Mi)(Ra). Jasmine Michele Ratliff.
Jasmine Ratliff's works reflects the studies of an aspiring artists discovering new paths, methods and study to make her work unique. Her work includes portraits, figures, and landscapes. Jasmine has completed her studies at Oakton Community College, achieving her A.F.A (Associates in Fine Arts: Art). She plans to continue her education as an art therapist. She has pursued art for over 10 years, making her proficient in acrylic, watercolor painting and drawing.
